林騰蛟博士曾任教育部技術及職業教育司司長、新北市教育局長等職，致力推動多項技職教育政策改革，包含：(a)暢通技職學生升學機會；(b)規劃試辦綜合高中，研訂實驗課程；(c)進行技專校院招生改革，推動多元入學方案；(d)推動技職學生技能檢定，建立證照等同文憑之價值觀念；(e)落實中小學職業試探及體驗，紮根技職教育；(f)強化技職教育宣導，扭轉國人傳統看法，爭取社會認同。

Dr. Lin, Teng-Chiao is the Administrative Deputy Minister of Education in Taiwan. He used to serve as the former Director General of Department of Technological and Vocational Education, Commissioner of Department of Education in New Taipei City and other positions. Dr. Lin has actively implemented several policies relative to VET, including: (a) Open up advanced education opportunities for technological and vocational students; (b)Start comprehensive high school and set up experimental course; (c) Reform the enrollment of vocational schools and promote diverse education program; (d) Establish the concept of certifications’ value equals to diplomas’ value; (e) Plan experiencing programs in primary school and junior high school to enhance technological and vocational education (f) Enhance technological and vocational education propaganda and remove people’s traditional bias to gain identification from the society.

Le Thai Hung博士為越南河內國家大學—教育大學教育品質管理學院院長，於越南河內國家大學教育學院完成Physics Teacher Education學士學位及Educational Measurement and Assessment碩士學位，隨後完成越南河內國家大學—科學大學Theoretical and Mathematical Physics碩士與博士學位。Le Thai Hung博士已於越南河內國家大學—教育大學任教15年，出版過3本教育相關之著作和發表超過20篇教育相關文章。

Dr. Le Thai Hung received his bachelor’s degree in Physics Teacher Education from the VNU-Faculty of Education, master degree in Educational Measurement and Assessment from VNU -Institute of Quality Assurance in Education; master degree of Theoretical and Mathematical Physics and PhD degree from VNU University of Science. He has been working at VNU-University of Education for 15 years. He has published 3 books and more than 20 articles in Education. He is now the Dean of Quality Management Faculty, University of Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi.

Sirirat Petsangsri博士自1995年起任教於泰國先皇技術學院。Petsangsri博士於1986年在泰國Srinakharinwirot大學取得Teaching English as a second Language學士學位，1994年於朱拉隆功大學完成Audio-Visual Education碩士學位，並於2002年在美國匹茲堡大學完成博士學位。目前Petsangsri博士擔任泰國先皇技術學院工業教育學系系主任。

Dr. Sirirat Petsangsri has been a professor of King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang in Thailand since 1995. Petsangsri has a Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a second Language from Faculty of Education, Srinakarintharawirot University in 1986, and a Master of Education in Audio-Visual Education from Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University in 1994. She received her Ph.D. in Instructional Design and Technology from School of Education, University of Pittsburgh in United State in 2002. She is now the Head of Department of Industrial Education, King Mongkut’s Institute of Technology Ladkrabang.

Hanief Saha Ghafur博士為印尼伊斯蘭教士聯合會教育主席，該會創立於1926年1月31日，會員總數於2016年達到9400萬人，為世界上最大的獨立伊斯蘭組織。伊斯蘭教士聯合會同時也是慈善機構，平時透過資助學校和醫院以及組織社區來幫助減輕貧困。Hanief執掌聯合會的教育政策與方針，並且負責管理228所高等教育學院、2萬4千所學校和伊斯蘭學校以及1萬7千所宗教寄宿學校。1993年，Hanief於萬隆印尼大學取得教育人類學系碩士學位，並於2008年取得教育行政與政策學系博士學位。現今，他於印尼大學的戰略暨全球研究研究所，以及雅加達理工大學的商業管理學院擔任講師。Hanief專長為研究方法論、科學哲學、教育領導的品質控管與人力資源管理教學。

Dr. Hanief Saha Ghafur is the Chairman of Education at Central Board of Nahdlatul Ulama (CBNU). CBNU was established on January 31, 1926. It is the largest independent Islamic organization in the world with a total of 94 million members (2016). CBNU is also a charitable body, funding schools and hospitals as well as organizing communities to help alleviate poverty. Dr.Hanief handles the general education policy & manages 228 higher education institutions, 24.000 schools & 17.000 pesantren (religious boarding schools).

He has completed his Master degree in Educational Anthropology from University of Indonesia 1993 and completed his Ph.D. in Administration & Educational Policy from Indonesia University of Education, Bandung 2008. Now he is a lecturer at the Graduate School of Strategic & Global Studies, University of Indonesia and the Department of Business Administration at Jakarta State Polytechnic. Dr. Hanief teaches Research Methodology, Philosophy of Science, Quality Management in Education, Leadership, and Human Resources Management.
