呂正華署長畢業自台大物理系,後續取得台大電機所碩士學位,以及台北大學企管所EMBA學位。起初於民航局飛航服務總台擔任副工程司、幫工程司,後續於交通部航政司擔任視察、編審,以及經濟部技術處擔任科長與簡任技正、工業局擔任局長、副局長、主任秘書等職位。曾任數位發展部數位產業署首任署長,致力於推動國內人工智慧、大數據、軟體產品及數位服務的數位轉型。自2024年10月起,擔任中華民國全國工業總會秘書長。 |

Secretary-General Jang-Hwa Leu graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Physics. He later obtained a Master's degree from the Graduate Institute of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University, and an EMBA from the Graduate Institute of Management at National Taipei University. He has served in the Civil Aeronautics Administration MOTC as Assistant Engineer and Associate Engineer, and subsequently held positions in the Department of Aviation and Navigation MOTC as Executive Officer and Inspector, as well as Section Chief then Senior Technical Specialist of the Department of Industrial Technology MOEA. He later became Secretary General, Deputy Director General, and Director General of the Industrial Development Bureau MOEA. He was previously the first Director-General of the Digital Industry Department, and is dedicated to promoting digital transformation in artificial intelligence, big data, software products, and digital services in Taiwan. Beginning in October of 2024, he has become the Secretary General of the Chinese National Federation of Industries. |

朴東烈博士自韓國首爾國立大學職業與技術教育取得博士學位。現於韓國職業教育與培訓研究院(KRIVET)規劃與協調部門,擔任資深研究員兼部門主管,該研究院隸屬於南韓國務會議。自1997年加入KRIVET以來,朴博士在生涯教育、終身學習以及職業教育和培訓方面,積累豐富專業知識,並參與多個政府資助的研究計畫及國際教育合作,將韓國多項技術與職業教育與培訓(TVET)課程開發和評估,推動至數個國家,如哈薩克斯坦、柬埔寨、越南、納米比亞和衣索比亞。 |

Dr. Park is a Senior Research Fellow and serves as Director of the Planning and Coordination Division at the Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET), an esteemed institution falling under the purview of the Korean Prime Minister’s Office. Since joining KRIVET in 1997, Dr. Park has cultivated extensive expertise in career education, lifelong learning, and vocational education and training. His contributions extend beyond national borders, as he has been involved in numerous government-funded research projects and international educational collaborations. Dr. Park has played pivotal roles, especially in advancing TVET curriculum development and evaluation in diverse countries, including but not limited to Kazakhstan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Namibia, and Ethiopia. Dr. Park earned his Ph.D. in Vocational and Technical Education from the Seoul National University, Korea. |

船曳信生博士於1984年和1993年分別獲得日本東京大學數理工程與資訊物理學士與博士學位,並於1991年獲得美國凱斯西儲大學電機工程碩士學位。1984年至1994年間,他任職於日本住友金屬工業公司系統工程部門。1994年加入大阪大學資訊與計算機科學系擔任助理教授,並於1995年升任副教授。2000年至2001年期間,他於加州大學聖塔芭芭拉分校擔任訪問研究員。2001年,他轉任岡山大學通信網路工程系(現為資訊與通信系統系)教授。他的研究興趣包括計算機網路、優化演算法、教育技術和網路應用系統。他是IEEE、IEICE和IPSJ的會員,並於2015年和2016年擔任IEEE廣島分會主席。目前,他擔任IEEE消費技術學會副會長。 |

Dr. Nobuo Funabiki received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mathematical engineering and information physics from the University of Tokyo, Japan, in 1984 and 1993, respectively. He received the M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Case Western Reserve University, USA, in 1991. From 1984 to 1994, he was with the System Engineering Division, Sumitomo Metal Industries, Ltd., Japan. In 1994, he joined the Department of Information and Computer Sciences at Osaka University, Japan, as an assistant professor, and became an associate professor in 1995. He stayed at University of California, Santa Barbara, in 2000-2001, as a visiting researcher. In 2001, he moved to the Department of Communication Network Engineering (currently, Department of Information and Communication Systems) at Okayama University as a professor. His research interests include computer networks, optimization algorithms, educational technology, and web application systems. He is a member of IEEE, IEICE, and IPSJ. He was the chairman at IEEE Hiroshima section in 2015 and 2016. Currently, he is a vice president at IEEE Consumer Technology Society. |
