Please name the abstract file as “Title_Full Paper-Author’s Full Name”. Example: “Policy and Reform in Vocational Education Abstract-Jane Smith”

- All submitted proposals (abstract and full paper) has to be written in American English. The English abstract is limited to 500 words (excluding references, figures, and tables), and includes the following elements: Title, Research Objectives, Research Methods, Research Findings, and Significance. Please also indicate 3-5 keywords of your research.
- The full paper should ideally be between 4,000 to 5,000 words in length.
- When submitting the full paper, the updated English abstract should be included.
- The abstract and full paper must follow the style guidelines. Please see the “Research Paper Writing Format” section for details.
- Please do not submit the same manuscript to multiple journals, and ensure that you follow the copyrights laws.
- bstract and full paper review results and comments will be sent to the corresponding author via email.
- Please submit all documents via the Google form before the submission deadline.
- Authors whose papers are accepted must register and attend the conference in person to present the research work
Award
This conference will select outstanding papers for the Outstanding Paper Award as a recognition and preferential inclusion in the conference proceedings.
