Through on-site questions and comments from the discussant and audience, the session aims to foster in-depth academic exchange and enhance the rigor of the research arguments. Presenters are required to attend the conference on December 3, 2026, and deliver a concise oral presentation of their research framework and key findings within the allotted time.

ⅦI. Roundtable Forum Guidelines
The Roundtable Forum is designed to foster multi-perspective dialogues on policy issues, empirical research, and practice relevant to the subthemes of the conference. The Forum will be held on December 3, 2026, with each table facilitated by a moderator. Approximately one to three presenters at each table will, in turn, share their practical experiences or research ideas, thereby encouraging active discussion among participants. The Forum emphasizes interaction and the exchange of ideas, and is particularly suitable for research or policy initiatives that are still under development, as well as ongoing practical projects, with the aim of generating insights and inspiration in a semi-formal discussion setting.
